Hi lovebirds!
Included here are our special events happening in February. We are still closed for normal service on Sundays while it’s this cold outside, but we are hosting cute sake tastings, sake omakases and onigiri making classes so we can still fill your cup. Hope you and your valentine can join us!

Sunday Sake Session with Claire
The Koji Club is a safe space to celebrate, learn about and drink good sake. The best way to find your favorite glass is to taste along with us. We will taste three different styles of sake to find the glass (or bottle or style or category) that is best for you. Invite your friends to join us for a 60 minute guided sake tasting.

Onigiri Making Class with Chef Moe
The class will include how to make rice, how to make plain onigiri and how to make a filled onigiri. Chef Moe will demonstrate different varieties and methods. It will be very hands on. The bar will open right at 5pm for you to stay and continue to enjoy yourself. The onigiri are gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian.

Tadaima ただいま Sake Omakase
This is the opposite vibe of our suitcase series... "Tadaima" ただいま means "I’m back home"… in this context, I’ve spend some time processing my travels at home in our favorite little bar and sharing ideas and stories with my most trusted collaborators.

In this coursed tasting, we will play with pairings, both food and other beverages to share comparisons and to provide a unique tasting experience. A true omakase but with the sake taking the lead, we are looking forward to sharing what we have learned with you.
