秋Autumn Sake

Dear Club Members,

On World Sake Day, we are changing our menu for the Fall season to add our secrets for enjoying the great outdoors in the coziest way. We have added the best warm sake you will ever have, we added a maple mitarashi yakimochi to pair with it and transport you to the other side of the world where the maple trees are turning a firey red.

It’s rice harvest time and the beginning of the brewing season. We honor that in this menu by adding some “Tokubetsu Junmai” bottles. Tokubetsu translated to special, meaning that the brewer has decided that these bottles are a little different from a traditional Junmai but still honor the characteristics that we love, including steamed rice notes and full bodied flavor. Look for the pillowy, fluffy and lush textural qualities (listed in the tasting notes from our team meeting last night). And as always, please let us know if you have more to add. We love to hear from you.

Happy Fall and please enjoy a warm glass of warm Yuzo Special sake on the patio for me before the snow arrives.

With Love,

Alyssa
